Office Assistant for Digital Marketing Agency (Miami, FL)

Experienced Office Assistant is needed to coordinate the efforts of the marketing, development and sales departments. The office assistant will handle client inquiries and ensure requests are moved along in a timely manner. He/She will assist with various administrative and general office responsibilities. Web Marketing for Dentists is a boutique digital advertising agency located in North Miami.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering phones
• Data Entry
• Following up on payments
• Ordering office supplies
• Assisting in coordinating website projects
• Supporting sales and marketing teams with reporting, scheduling and coordinating efforts
• Dealing with 3rd party vendors

Skills and Requirements:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. required. Some college preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant, office, or related work experience required
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional demeanor at all times
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Photoshop experience a plus
